Van Size Required

Number of Movers Required

Stairs and Property Access
Stairs, narrow entrances, lifts, long carrying distances, and difficult access can affect the time required to complete your move.

The distance between the collection address and the destination is another important factor when calculating your house removal cost.

Flex Removal Terms & Conditions
To keep our pricing clear and transparent, the following terms apply to removal bookings.
Hourly Removal Rates
Hourly rates apply within a 5-mile radius. Mileage beyond the included radius is charged at £1.95 per mile.
The minimum booking is 2 hours with an additional helper or 1.5 hours with driver assistance, depending on the service agreed with the customer.
If your move takes longer than the booked period, overtime charges may apply.
Overtime Charges
Overtime is charged at:
- £35 per half hour with driver assistance
- £45 per half hour with two movers
- Alternatively, another price may apply if agreed with the customer in advance
These charges allow us to keep the booking flexible when a removal takes longer than originally expected.
Congestion, Tolls and Road Charges
Additional road charges may apply depending on the location and route of your move.
Where applicable, congestion charges, T-Charge, toll charges, and other relevant road charges will be added to the removal price.
We recommend providing the full collection and delivery addresses when requesting your house removal quote so we can identify potential additional charges before your booking.
One-Trip Booking Policy
The standard booking is based on one trip for the booked service period.
The total number of booked hours remains payable even if the removal job is completed earlier than expected. This is because the vehicle and moving team have been reserved exclusively for your booking during the agreed period.
Before unloading at the destination, all outstanding charges must be cleared according to the agreed payment terms.
If the outstanding balance has not been cleared, Flex Removal may hold the goods in company storage until the outstanding amount has been paid.
Deposit and Payment Terms
A deposit is required to confirm each removal booking, according to the amount agreed with the customer.
We cannot guarantee or confirm a booking until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before unloading at the destination. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash, according to the payment method agreed upon when the booking is arranged.
Our bank details can be provided to customers as part of the booking process.
